Life should be full of enjoyment and happiness.  We believe running is the easiest way to become healthy as it is one of the most convenient sports.  You can run everyday and everywhere, you can run alone or with your friends, you can run on running shoes or even on bare feet.

 

Everyone can run, even you become old or your body is not very strong.  The key point is RUN AT YOUR OWN PACE with breathing rythm.  If you are beginner or find it difficult to run, please try to run at small steps (stride length) and breathe deeply with regular rythm.  From my personal experience, running is one of the best and easiest way to maintain your physical and mental health.  We want to share our experience and beliefs on how to become healthy here.  Through the sharing and discussion, we hope that everyone can find ways to live happliy and healthy.
