Always Keep Youself Feeling Good

Health composes of physical health and mental health, they are inter-related as well.  We will share our views and experience on how to pursue and maintain our physical and mental health.

Please always keep yourself feeling good.  It sounds odd?  You may ask why and how?  I have a bad day, how come I can and I should feel good?

 

Most people realize that our internal feeling affect our acts.  For example, if you are unhappy, your head will down and your facial expression will look unhappy.  Interestly, our external acts will affect our internal feeling conversely!  You can go and try it yourself.  Next time, when you are unhappy and frustrated, please act like you are very happy, e.g. laughing, similing, dancing, singing loudy, shake your body.  You will find that you can't be unhappy when you act happily.  That is the tricky point.

 

The feeling of happy or unhappy towards a situation is objective.  Different people face a same situation will feel differently.  Sometimes, unhappy become a habit if we always feel unhappy.   Conversely, we can make happiness as our habit.

 

The most magic thing is that when we always feel good, we will attract good things and people around us.  Fortune will come when we feel good.  Try it, nothing to lose even if it won't work, right?  Try it now!  Keep doing it and let it become yours habit!
