Don't eat before your running

You should not have your breakfast, lunch or dinner two hours before your running practice. Imagine your digesting system is competing with your running muscles if you run after your meal.
You can eat light snack within the two hours before the running. However, it is good to have your stomach empty two hours before the running. Instead, hydration is very important. You should have enough water intake before the running and replenish your water during the practice.
