The best time of the day to run

Getting sunshine is surely good for mood (and health to some extent). Bearing in mind that the ultraviolet nowadays are getting stronger, you should avoid running around the noon (11am to 3pm) to avoid sun burning. Because we often run at outdoor for an hour or more! It can burn your skin and increase the risk of skin cancer in long run if you often run at noon time.

Depending where is your living, noon time is often too hot for running too! The best time for running is in the early morning (7am to 10am) and in the late afternoon before dusk (4pm to 6pm).
